HGMI South Korea

Gord and Jan are very pleased to announce the formation of a satellite ministry in Busan, South Korea. We are delighted to have a team of like minded men and woman join with us to handle forthcoming events such as Beyond Freedom Seminars, Holy Spirit Ministry Schools, Healing Schools and Schools of Prophecy. We want to do all of these schools “Korean Style”, which calls for a Retreat Center setting, overnight accommodation, great food and snacks!

We were blessed when Pastor Chul Yeon Choi accepted our invitation to be the Korean Leader for Healinggate Ministries South Korea. Both Chul Yeon Choi and Soon ock Suh desire more of the Presence of Holy Spirit and the Heart of the Father to be displayed in all that they do. Pastor Choi was ordained in 1991 and presently serves as the senior pastor of Eui ryung church. He is a member of the Father Heart Ministry Korean forum.

Hyun ah (Abigail) Ahn was born and raised in Busan, S.Korea. Her life message is from Luke 10:27 “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind and love your neighbor as yourself.” (Luke 10:27) Abigail’s passion is to to help people live a life of obedience to the Lord by equipping intercessors and workers for the harvest and by building up families so that the gospel of Jesus can be witnessed to the end of the earth. Abigail is presently a coordinator for Prayer Movement for Busan City and an administrator for HGMI S. Korea.

Mini Ruby Kim was born and raised in Seoul, Korea and accepted Jesus at age 20. She joined YWAM after completing her BA degree, wanting to be a missionary as well as a counselor for missionaries. Mini worked with YWAM Australia, Switzerland and India before returning to Korea, where she completed her MA in Christian counseling. Mini is now a full time translator and has been a translator Gord since 2004. Since that time, Mini has become a good friend to both Gord and Jan.
